3D Holograms On Flat 2D Surfaces

by Jeremy Flyons

Now that we're all watching and even making movies in 3D, and watching TV in stereoscopy, why don't we just replace all the pictures on our walls with three-dimensional imagery?

With hologram technology, it's not necessary to wear any special glasses - 3D without glasses!

Below are holograms that are presented as portraits on the wall, but they are in 3D! Another fascinating way of producing stereoscopic imagery.

Many of the holograms in the video below are "multiple exposures with more than one image". These three dimensional holographic pictures on the wall are on display at Puzzle World, also now called Puzzling World, New Zealand.
